Although Kent remains a desirable location to live in the south of England, property prices in Kent rose slower than the UK national average – with certain areas of Kent (including Sevenoaks) boasting much higher average property prices than other areas (including Thanet).

Although property prices in Kent are typically above the national average, they’re still considerably lower than those in central London, and the surrounding boroughs.
